The Damages (Jersey) Law 2019 received Privy Council Assent on 10 April and was registered by the Royal Court of Jersey today, 26th April 2019. The Law comes into force seven days after registration i.e. on 3rd May 2019. For a summary of the New Act see our previous blog here.
